Therapy Rates & Insurance

Sessions are 60 minutes via secure HIPPA-complaint Telehealth so we can meet from wherever you feel most at ease.

Insurance: Out-of-Network (OON) benefits are accepted. Most of my clients use out-of-network benefits. If your plan reimburses, I handle the claim submission myself rather than handing you a superbill and wishing you luck. For plans with higher deductibles the math sometimes does not work in your favor, and I will tell you that honestly on our consultation call rather than let you find out three sessions in.

Flexible Payments: We accept all major credit cards, as well as HSA (Health Savings Account) and FSA (Flexible Spending Account) cards for all clinical and holistic services.

Anti-Oppressive Sliding Scale:I hold a small number of reduced-fee spots at any given time, reserved for clients for whom cost is the only barrier to care. These fill and reopen periodically. If that is your situation, say so on our consultation call and I will tell you honestly whether a spot is open.

Limited spots available. Fees are based on an anti-oppressive equity model considering access to resources and generational wealth, rather than just liquid income. We prioritize access for historically marginalized communities.

INSURANCE & ACCESS

HSA + FSA Cards

While we are out-of-network providers, we accept all major HSA and FSA cards. Most insurance plans offer 60-90% reimbursement for therapy once deductibles are met.
