Therapy Rates & Insurance
Sessions are 60 minutes via secure, HIPAA-compliant Telehealth so we can meet from wherever you feel most at ease.Â
Insurance: Out-of-Network (OON) benefits are accepted.  Most of my clients use out-of-network benefits. For plans with higher deductibles the math sometimes does not work in your favor, and I will tell you that honestly on our consultation call rather than let you find out three sessions in.
Flexible Payments: I accept all major credit cards, as well as HSA (Health Savings Account) and FSA (Flexible Spending Account) cards for all clinical and holistic services.

Individual therapyÂ
Sessions run 60 minutes and are held through a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth portal. I hold a small caseload on purpose, which means the people I work with get my full attention rather than a slot in a rotation.
FEES
I talk through fees with you directly on our consultation call, so what you hear is the number that actually applies to you rather than a range you have to guess at. I accept all major credit cards along with HSA and FSA cards, and payment is due at the time of service.
OUT-OF-NETWORK BENEFITS ACCEPTED
I am an out-of-network provider. Many plans reimburse a portion of each session once your deductible is met, though the percentage varies widely by plan. We will go through your specific benefits during our consultation call.
Community equity
A small number of reduced-fee spots are held for clients for whom cost is the only barrier to care, set using an anti-oppressive equity model that considers access to resources and generational wealth rather than income alone. Spots are limited and they fill. If this is your situation, say so on our consultation call and I will tell you honestly whether one is open.
