It lives in the tension you carry in your shoulders, the hypervigilance you can’t turn off, the exhaustion that no vacation fixes. You don’t have to code-switch here. You don’t have to perform. Healing doesn’t have to happen alone. Our group sessions create a culturally affirming space for collective care, where shared experiences become shared strength. We focus on themes like high-functioning depression, reclaiming rest, and navigating corporate burnout. These 75-minute virtual or in-person sessions are built for deep connection and community support.
