I help high-functioning adults and couples struggling with anxiety, burnout, overthinking, and relationship stress create meaningful and lasting change. Many of my clients appear successful and capable on the outside but internally feel emotionally drained, disconnected, or stuck in repeating patterns.
My goal is to offer a supportive, culturally sensitive therapy space where you can slow down, understand what is driving your stress, and reconnect with yourself and your relationships.
I integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), psychodynamic therapy, and mindfulness to help clients uncover root patterns, reduce overwhelm, and build clarity, confidence, and self-trust.
